  : It stated breakfast, but there wasn't any. The staff avoided us like the plague. Once, we got them to 'work' with us because we accidentally booked twice and needed help so we woudln't have to change rooms, they made it a lot harder than it needed to be. Overall though, I do like how they 'stay out of your business'. Location was pretty decent overall, 10 min walk to the public station, cool area for grocery shopping.
  : The difficulty in getting a hold of the staff for even the small issues. I don't want to be trouble, but would like a little help if needed. :)

  : The room was a bit cold. A blanket was not clean. The reception was closed, no one worked there.

  : - Good location for me - Shops, restaurants nearby - Public transport options, very close - Good water pressure, no issues with hot water. - Good self check-in system with cards , but had to report my card as lost because the card stopped working at the front door :)
  : - UNUSABLE internet, tried multiple times both connections, disconnects often and slow (1-2Mbps) - I had the furthest room but you can hear some noise from bus or metro, idk..sounds like a mild earthquake, but I was too tired to care. - Personnel did not respond to my emails, messages or phone regarding the invoice I wanted to be issued. ( I saw someone just at check-in and forgot to tell them about the invoice )

  : The location is the best thing about this hotel. The U-Bahn is 300 Meters away, through which you get access to many areas in Berlin. 75 Euros per night are very good for this location.
  : 1. The staff isnt nice at all. For me its very important when I say hello to someone that he says hello back. When the staff doesnt do this, its a huge problem in my opinion. 2. I stayed here 10 days. For 10 days there was no room service. Nobody asked me whether I need anything. Nobody brought any towels. After three days I asked for towels, then I got this question: since when are you here? I mean towels have to be given everyday. 3. The internet connection is very bad. Why do I have to pay lots of money when I have to use my internet connection from telekom? The internet doesnt work well here. It keeps disconnecting. 4. TV isnt facing you in bed. You have to sit at the table to watch TV. Its a very good thing to have a smart TV, but a very bad thing to have no internet connection to enjoy it. 5. I didnt find my room clean. Someone before me picked his nose and put his nasal mucus on the wall, yet this was not cleaned. I found a huge spot on my mattress. I dont know what it can be. 6. The room is very hot! 7. No fridge for your drinks. 8. The pillows are not comfortable.
