  : Room was clean, spacious and I couldn't expect more. Breakfast was also good, each staff were friendly and always smiling.
  : Only thing which bothered me a little bit was the noise of traffic coming from the main road in front of the hotel, even at night when windows were all closed. That was probably because I was in a road facing room.

  : The rooms were neat and orderly but a little dimly lit for nighttime reading. There was only one soap provided for body and hair to wash. I wish that was mentioned in other reviews so I could have brought my own soap. The breakfast was excellent, filling and well cared for. Everything was tidy and chilled as it should be. The women who was on staff the day that I came was extremely friendly and so helpful. She printed directions for me, helped me with the key, told me the easiest ways to travel around Berlin. An all around excellent member of staff(possibly owner). The location was vital to my business stay and I enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and surrounding area. There were shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more located within easy walking distance.
  : The man that I met the night that I checked in was complete opposite. Gruff, rude and very unhelpful. Day and night between the service. If I had not had the pleasure of meeting the second concierge the following day I would have never recommend this hotel.

  : I was travelling to Berlin to take an exam in a nearby prometric center, so I needed a place to stay so I can be rested for the exam. The place was ok. It had good breakfast included and staff was friendly. I didn't have any issue during my stay.
  : The only thing that I didn't like was how hot the room gets. I like sleeping in a cool temperature and the room didn't have AC. The hotel is located next to a busy road so I also couldn't open windows because it was very loud.

  : The person at the reception at night is a pleasant gentlemen, smooth check-in.Breakfast was good but the staff in the restaurant needs some customer training.
  : No parking available when you arrive late.Difficult to locate the reception from the parking, it's in between a housing society.Room was good but very basic, it gives a feel of hostel.
