  : I really liked the location and how easy it was to access. And also loved the comfy bed! The house was cleaned in general, and has the most essential items.
  : The room is really dark, and you don't have a lot of privacy. I also didn't appreciate not having a microwave- it makes the staying so much easier.

  : The appartement was in good location and it was quiet.
  : Property was very dark. Hard to enter the buiding and the appartment because had to type in codes every time (super annoying with full hands etc.). Kitchen equipment was very random. Property was not ready on check-in time! We had to wait for another 30mins until janitor finished cleaning. This was very frustrating after long trip with small children and bad weather outside.

  : Great setup and a good location. The main bed was comfy and the modern kitchen was really great. Nice to have the black out curtains given there was only about 6 hours of darkness everyday and also super easy to pop our little one to bed in the lounge room and close the door so he could sleep. Bathroom was functional and I can see they've done their best with the space. There was also a fan which was a nice touch, we didn't need to use it but it was nice to see. Ice cream shop out from was a bonus and the little Turkish shop next door had great fresh juice, fruit/ vegetables and of cause beer and basic cooking supplies. Edeke is a short walk and the U bahn is a quick walk. The playground at Boxhagner platz was great and we even managed to find parking on the street when we picked up our hire car. Internet was great! Watch the modem as you walk in though ;)
  : A washing machine would have been sssoooo helpful and there is absolutely space for one in the kitchen. There is a Laundromat close by but then nothing to hang the clothes on to dry so an airer at a minimum would have been appreciated. The code/ checkin process was a bit tedious with us having to message the host. More clear instructions would have been great. There are 2 lime apartments in the building so it's hard to know which is which. Through the front door, into the hoff, one is to the left of the first door and then the other is in the rear building. For those unfamiliar with how German apartments are setup, it's not great. Shower needs some attention. Goes from boiling hot to freezing cold 50 times a shower and the hot tap needs a new washer as it was dripping. Needs a deep clean, all the surfaces and floors were clean but loads of spiderwebs and I found someone elses lipstick under the bed while looking for something I had dropped. Things to add - dishwashing detergent, cooking oil (bottle was empty), plug for kitchen sink, broom (or vacuum cleaner), shelf in shower for soap etc, more hooks in the bathroom/ back of bedroom doors would have been super helpful too.

  : Super cute neighborhood, comfortable apartment. Lots of little bistros and bars nearby. Great place to walk around.

  : Location is really nice. The apartment is quietly located in the backyard and on a very hot summer day it was pleasantly cool here.
  : It wasn't cleaned really well. Cobwebs in the corners. Dirty dishes in the cupboard... for the price I would have expected more.

  : Quite but central location. It is a good place to stay for a few days. Coffee capsules and tea bags were provided.. although we fid not use them.
  : It is ground floor and the lighting is a bit dark. The beds are too soft. The kitchen is sufficiently but not well equipped, e.g., no wine bottle opener, bad knives.
