  : I liked the location and that they were very accommodating when I messed up the booking and needed an extra night.
  : It was so stark and not cozy at all. No couch, the floor was cold and got dirty and there was no broom to sweep it. The bed was tiny. It faced a courtyard that was so noisy with peoples suitcases early in the morning and drunk people at 3am. Also it had giant windows that faced an office building. Just did not feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Also we were travelling with a baby and it was just not the right vibe.

  : Location is good, near the subway, the entrance is secured
  : The sink was not working properly, water was not going off.Windows are faced to the office, you see people very well, and they see you like in 20 metersNo lobby or place to chill, doesnt feel cosy at all

  : Fast and unproblematic check in. Even there was a hick-up at the booking it could be solved without trouble.
  : fire alarm went of and it took over 1 h for ANY employee to get to disarm it. Emergency number was not picked up. It was cold, we were freezing and didn't get even a "sorry". Bathroom were not really clean. A lot of "hair" of other people

  : The apartment was modern, clean, functional and comfortable. The apartment building was very peaceful and quiet. The U Bahn station was just around the corner.
  : I got the information that there will be somebody on the reception from 10am to 6pm to give me the key and provide earlier check-in if possible. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the main doors were closed, cleaning lady opened but she didn't speak any English, so we called the "emergency" line. On the phone I got the info that I should have received a note about the self check-in. I didn't receive anything like this, so I tried to call back, but around 40 mins the phone was off. We were very tired and confused, just wanted to relax and take a nap in a warm room. Finally, we managed to call the guy who confirmed that the message should be sent, and it indeed was. We checked-in around 30 mins earlier, but because nobody knew, the cleaning person just entered our room during the nap.
