  : This clean and comfortable apartment was ideal for our family of 4 for 4 nights over half term. Thomas the host was in communication before and during our stay which was helpful. The neighbourhood was interesting and felt safe and well connected by public transport and we even found some lovely places to eat and drink within 2 mins of our flat as well as tons of good grocery shops.

  : The location was very good. the apartment has all facilities that is needed.
  : the bed was a disaster, the pillows where bad ( thin and not clean. I advise to invest in a good pillow and good matras, cleaner sheets.

  : The location of the apartment was very good. We took our bicycles with us and we could reach all the sights that we wanted to visit by bike in less than 20 minutes. Berlin is perfect to visit with bikes. It was a quiet apartment. It was small, but okay for 4 persons.
  : The apartment was very dirty. I noticed that the owner always wants to refute the negative reviews. That's why I put some pictures here, so everyone can see what I mean by saying it was dirty. It's not the fact that it wasn't properly cleaned, it's about the general state of the apartment. As you can see on the pictures of the oven, the dishwasher, the coffee maker and the shower, all these things have to be replaced as soon as possible. There are stains and mold on it. Like it is at the moment, you can not rent out it anymore according to our opinion. The picture with the marks on the wall and the dust on the floor was taken behind the shoe closet in the hallway. Some other people also complained about the coffee maker, the lack of hot water in the shower and the filthy sheets, that were things we also noticed. At the end of our stay, the owner sent us a message and asked to give him 10 points at the final question in this review (the other questions could we answer honestly...). I have never experienced something like that!!!
