  : far beyond awfulness!1- The room keys are common. the key also open the outside door. that means everyone can enter your room!2-The fridge has smell of dead animal.3-The room has mildew smell. 4-Whenever you take a shower, the room become a lake! 5-There is no drawers in the kitchen that forks, spool etc are hanging somewhere else!6-No dishwasher either. you have to clean your stuff daily.7-They misrepresented the place that the photos belong to 20 years ago i guess. my estimation is they picked all stuff from rubbishes and used them as furnitures.8- dont expect cleanliness. you have to pay for it.9- i booked 30 days but stayed 3 days due to dirtiness.ps. you have to send mails to get cleaning stuff etc. when you want to do cleaning!i will complain about this place in the authorities. i took photos of every details of the room. they are cheaters!

  : -Extremely annoyed and unfriendly landlord.-Wrong apartment was assigned, lacking several amenities. Reply of Landlord We are fully booked and we use the same images for all our apartments on booking.com -Missing wash machine (instead a paid service in the basement) oven, no toilet paper (all mentioned in the amenities for the booked apartment).-Bad wifi (sometimes no wifi at all) Couldn't even go into a Zoom call. Reply from the landlord: Either sit next to the entry door or use your phone data.-The landlord offered a refund after we complained to booking.com, but also told booking.com that they would switch us to the actual apartment we booked, once the guests staying there will move out. We waited for this to happen but nobody ever contacted us or let us switch the apartments.-The bathroom sink was leaking and had to be repaired.-The heating didnt work (during a 10-degree Celsius period) and had to be fixed.-The shower was clocked.-Constant hammering and construction noise as 3 Polish workers renovated the whole house every day even on a Saturday ( the landlord didnt make us aware of it even though these constructions have been ongoing for years and will also be ongoing for 7 more years)- Dirty mattress, with blood stains and beetles/bugs and bug shells found under the mattress a couple of days after check-in, we cleaned all but we found new ones weeks later and checked out.We told the landlord and instead of apologizing or at least taking responsibility for any of the mentioned issues, they wrote us a rude, incompetent message where they threatened us to take legal action against us because they did not find any bugs etc. (probably because we cleaned the hell out of the mattress in the night before we checked out )They also wrote booking.com a very inappropriate mail.-No refund for the days left open.-Every negative of guests was answered in extremely harsh manners, even calling one guest a coward on google.

  : BED BUGS!!!! PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Apt 53. After about a week I woke up with an awful rash. I ended up at the emergency where I was diagnosed with a heavy allergic reaction, and sent to a dermatologist, who later diagnosed me with bed bug bites. THE WORST CAME AFTER. I immediately went back to the apartment and notified the property. The manager told me professional people were coming at 1 pm, and the apartment would have been ready by 7 pm. I stuck around to ask the professionals for more information on what to do with my stuff, and it turned out noone was coming! She had just asked the handyman of the place to disinfect the bed for a total treatment duration of 10-15 minutes!!! I called her back in the afternoon, telling her that I was not sleeping in that apartment until a professional company would tell me it was OK to do so, and I asked her to either move me to another apartment or to pay a hotel for me (please note that I was so nice not even to ask for the full reimbursement). At that point, she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She started to shout that IT WAS MY CHOICE TO SLEEP THERE OR NOT and that I brought the bugs! For people that, like me, had no experience with bed bugs, I tell you that this is impossible because: 1) I did not have any issue in my place before, and 2) each one of them feeds on average once a week and I was FULL OF BITES head to toes, so that place was FULL OF BED BUGS! I moved immediately away, spending more money. The day after she told me a company was coming 3 days later to check. I asked her to give me the name of the company and SHE REFUSED. The last time I went, which was 6 days after the 2nd professional cleaning, I found a bug STILL ALIVE on a chair! Moreover, the apartment (and kitchen) was tiny and located on the 5th floor without lift!
