  : The photos do not do justice to the place. It is much mre beautiful and nice up close. It is very spacious, modern. it has nice furnitures and a state of the art curved TV with Wii! The kitchen has all needed appliences and utensiles. It was 2 tram stops from center. It was very clean. The owners were very warm and kind. they even called us, 30 minutes after ceck out to inform us that we forgot something in their house.
  : One of the double beds was not very comfortable. It had a wooden beam in the middle that we could feel. We basically had to sleep on the far right and left to not be bothered by the wood. Apart from that the bed was comfy.

  : I would like to lodge a formal complaint about this room. It is completely unacceptable to charge 288CHF per night for such a terrible room located in the basement, devoid of natural light and plagued by excessive humidity. The room emits a strong musty odor and is furnished with extremely outdated and worn-out items, some of which are likely over 40 years old, the PS for instance is PS 2I hope someone stop this exploitative price!!!Furthermore, the picture of the building shown during the booking process is inaccurate; it actually the picture of the building next. I will never recommend this dreadful place to anyone. It's worth noting that basements are generally not allowed to be used as habitable rooms in Switzerland. How could booking accept this?
  : I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the basement room I stayed in. The room had a strong odor and was poorly lit due to its small window. It was also evident that the room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, the refrigerator was old and damaged. The lack of a proper bathroom was particularly disappointing. The sink was small and not suitable for use in a bathroom, but rather resembled a sink for a toilet. Furthermore, the shower was clogged. However, what astounded me the most was the exorbitant price charged for such a dreadful basement room.
