  : The cosmetics provided was of a good quality. The location is great. Thats about it.
  : The pictures of the room on Booking.com absolutely domt match the reality. I understand there are different room categories but then you should upload the corresponding pictures. The hotel needs renovation - walls are scratched as well as doors. The closet is also very old. And also to book a cleaning service in advance in a 4* hotel is absolutely rediculous, not even mentioning the plastic curtain in the shower…not really a Beverly Hills style.

  : - i was disgusted by the bathroom - its all concrete and didn't look clean even though it was clean. Also when you switch on the light in the bathroom a loud fan goes on which can be heard in the rooms next door too- rather small rooms but didnt matter that much

  : the location was perfect, very close to rodeo drive and all the shops and restaurants close by. the staff were wonderful. the hallways are decorated nicely. the location felt safe and there were always people around.
  : the first room we were put in was tiny and dark. we were staying for 2 weeks and there was barely any storage, a tiny wardrobe and hardly any surface space at all. not even room to open a suitcase properly. i also had asked for an upstairs room well in advance of my stay and we were allocated a downstairs room. however, half way through the trip the staff were able to change our room and it was so much better, much more room and upstairs. other down points were mainly room details - lighting didn’t work properly, not a plug on both sides of the bed, bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

  : The whole place has a strange odor. Urine and cheap paint is the best way to describe it. The facilities are run down and uninviting. The bathrooms are terrible. The lighting in the room is all controlled by a single switch. If you like to turn off SOME lights before bed to read or relax- you can't. It's allon or all off. There is no privacy in the room from outside, as all rooms have a standard window unit AC and the roller shade on the window is completely see-thru. If you close the curtains, you will block the AC. The rooms are so small and tight that without air flow, it gets stuffy fast. The 1st room I was assigned, the door code did not work- they had to assign a different code that I had to keep written down since it did not update in the app. After getting situated in my room, the TV didn't work. After about 30-40 mins of trying to troubleshoot at 9pm, the front desk clerk assigned me to an even smaller room, facing the street (also on the 1st floor). This room also did not update in my app for code access. Overall, this place was too much hassle, too run-down, and completely uncomfortable. The owners avoid any type of upkeep or maintenance in every way possible. I will not be returning to this hotel (basically a boarding house).
