  : The breakfast was lovely as were the facilities. We absolutely loved the location, garden and decor. It is a very comfortable well looked after house. The room was really spacious with lovely chairs to sit in. We made use of the lounge in the evening as we were there with friends. I don't think we have ever stayed in such a beautiful bed and breakfast. We shall definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

  : The B&B gardens were beautiful, great parking and easy to find location.
  : The room could have been better - no hand soap, bed was uncomfortable, carpet was stained, windows were dirty and the curtains were to heavy for the rail so they fell down we couldnt put them back up-a member of staff confirmed that this happens all the time- should solve this ongoing issue? Breakfast was ok - did have lots of choice. I felt poorly on day two, I asked to be moved to a different room due the uncomfortable bed and was told no due to being fully booked. I know this wasnt true as there was availability for me to book a different room. When I explained I wasnt feeling well I received an unprofessional response advising me to just get drunk at the bar. Maybe funny to some but when you have paid nearly 300 for a 5* B&B youd think they would try and go above and beyond for you to be comfortable.

  : Good breakfast in a very nice room overlooking the garden. A larger selection of fresh fruit would have been nice.
  : Took a while to find someone to let me in. There was no soap in the room, luckily I had brought my own.

  : Beautiful house tastefully restored. Room was elegant and luxurious. Gardens lovely. Nice welcome when we arrived and friendly lady served us a coffee after we came back after our evening walk to explore surrounding area.
  : Pathway to back gate entrance was steep and gravel based. Steps steep with no hand rail.Having to choose breakfast night before.Came down for breakfast and saw no one for 20 minutes and then she complained she was on her own. Saw no one when we left to say goodbye and check out ??

  : Beautiful hotel and grounds and location is ideal for exploring the town. Fabulous room. Very comfortable. Breakfast very good in terms of quality.
  : We had given our arrival time but when we arrived there was no-one there. The door to the hotel was open and we rang the outside bell and then the bell in the hall and waited but no-one came. We waited some time before someone noticed we were there. The same happened at breakfast next morning. No-one was in the dining room. We managed to locate someone in the kitchen who then brought our pre-ordered breakfast.

  : Loved the welcome and the room. Super views and easy walk to the town.
  : Disappointed with the hospitality at breakfast. There was a staff shortage and we waited close to an hour for our breakfast. The cook was vocally highly critical of her colleagues for not being in attendance, which is very unprofessional. Being in the industry myself, I could not understand why she could not cope with such a small number of guests when she had been given all of the required information in advance.The breakfast itself was not impressive, and it looked like another member of staff was brought in to serve at short notice, only to leave again soon after everyone was served.One couple walked out due to the wait, and no tables were properly cleared.When leaving, we were ignored twice by another member of staff.On another note, the bed was very creaky and uncomfortable.What a sad end to what could have been a fabulous stay.
