  : Welcoming and very supportive staff. It has a perfect location, just a few steps away from the beach and very short walk of city centre but away from the noise and crowd.The rooftop jacuzzi is a real treat with wonderful view. The whole hotel is very child friendly, perfect for families.
  : Room was extremely small not even able to open the terrace door with a bit oldish interior. This wasnt deducted much from the otherwise superb service and experience.

  : The staff's kindness and attentive service made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room, albeit a bit small, was still comfortable and well-maintained by the diligent housekeeping staff. The proximity to the beach, only a short 5-minute walk away, was a definite plus. Although the breakfast remained the same, it was delicious and provided a satisfying start to each day. With nearby restaurants and the availability of magazines, the hotel offered convenience and added leisure. Overall, I highly recommend for a pleasant and convenient stay.

  : Very close to the beach and the "busy" city area, but in the same time, quiet at night. They organised a special breakfast and gave ladies a flower on the Saint Mary day.When we were late, breakfast people always asked if we needed anything else before closing breakfast. If I remember well they even waited 15 extra minutes before doing this.The place seem to be well cleaned, however cleanliness is one thing and hygiene is another one. Hygiene wise, this place left a bad impression though.
  : Cleaning staff untrained and rude:1) They placed my wife's underwear inside the bidet.Because they put my wife's lingerie in the bidet, next morning we hanged the "do not disturb" sign on the door, which was totally disregarded, they entered anyway, and left the sign inside the room, on the bed. After I complained at reception ("do not disturb" should be respected, what if we were making love?),, the owners which are omnipresent, told my wife "but you have to allow cleaning!...". So we "allowed". Just to find the next day, some things were taken out of the trash bin and left on my underwear.2) Male staff blocked the elevator's doors intentionally to prevent it from moving, and when me and my 5yo son wanted to use it, they said "sorry I have to load some bags. Wait for 5 minutes". So me and the 5yo kid had to take the stairs for five floors. They even blamed the owner "it's their fault, for not installing two elevators!".BreakfastSpoiled fruits (peach compot) at the breakfast. Very poor selection of warm "salty" breakfast, everyday was omlet with bacon. Boiled eggs, cheese and hams. Lots of sweets but generally poor/mediocre quality.ParkingParking will not be what you would normally expect, but cars are crammed into each other by the owner (they asked me the car keys), the cars blocking each other, like on a ferry boat - so very hard to access your car even to get something from inside it sometimes. So for half of the nights I either parked on the street or in public paid parking. Moreover you risk having your car scratched or worse. But, you just can't say they didn't offer parking! :D Room always smells like toilet (from tbe toilet), and because it's super hot outside during summer, one can't even open the windows.The fridge uses old outdated technology (absorbtion) so it's very inefficient cooling, just a little bit chill inside it.

  : The breakfast was really good. The stuff was very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed. They spoke also English. Since the hotel's own parking area was practically full they offered us a public parking space (and they paid for it) and it was actually better because I didn't need to put my car in a very narrow place where there was a high chance to scratch or be scratched. The beach is super close (our 3yo child happily walked to and back), we got a parasol with 2 chairs so we always had a place to settle. The playing room is superb, our child enjoyed it. And it's also good because you can heat up your food there in a microwave and you can eat it around a nice table. We usually ate cold lunch from the supermarket there. Family friendly hotel!
  : The AC in the room was not just ineffective but very dirty. It seemed it has never ever been cleaned, but I'm pretty sure the annual compulsory cleaning and desinfecting was skipped in the past year(s). Thick dust layer was on the ventilators. Our sleeping comfort was very poor, it was too hot in the room. The bathroom also wasn't very clean, the shower and its hose was dirty and calcareous. The parking area is small, obviously not enough for all the hotel guests and the cars are parking so close to each other I wouldn't trust it as a safe place for my car (especially if you are a car enthusiast and you care about your vehicle). Very thin walls between the rooms. Our neighbors were really noisy till late night.
