: Because I didn't even get to stay here because the cool cabins staff and business is Horrible staff and management! I had a fully paid booking booked a year in advance and upon arrival to pick up keys and check in was turned away and told they couldn't help us at all because I didn't change the exact card I had used to pay prior because my card was stolen and deactivated so because of that they said nothing at all could be done and basically I was stuck in Big bear having to pay for a hotel INSTEAD THE ANGER AND FRUSTRATION LEVEL I had to experience was horrible I was turned away a booking I paid for already the manager wouldn't even come out of back tonspeak to me very unprofessional and weird.
