  : The place looked like it had not been updated for years! The doors were swelled up and difficult to open. The light bulbs were flickering and many of the wall switches were not functioning properly. The beds were old and the mattresses well-worn and uncomfortable. The shower unit panels were falling off and very unsafe! The hot water valve in shower leaks and needs to be re-caulked. The place is advertised as pet-friendly, yet the fenced-in yard is an illusion. A simple fix would be to attach chicken wire to the inside and put up a gate in front. In addition, the kitchen was poorly appointed - there were no condiments and no ice cube trays. We were required to wash the dishes but there was no dishwasher. The power went out 3 times during our visit. We surmised that this is an "inheritance home", meaning that Grandpa probably bought the home many years ago and it was transferred to some very lazy decedents!
