: Nice location, Close to big Bear Lake and also to Snow Summit by car. Cozy nice fireplace, nice sled-able yard, has a 1970s retro feel. Kitchen stocked with all necessary items and useful. Responsive management.
: It was a little drafty with a single source heater so we had to request space heaters (promptly delivered). The smart TVs had to be reset, (also handled quickly). We were asked to pack out the trash which was an annoying request, esp. considering the rate we paid.

: Perfect for 2 people, or two couples who know each other VERY well. Not exactly the lap of luxury- one loft Queen and another tiny queen BR that I’m certain was an add on, and only one bathroom- but the kitchen was well appointed and had enough dishes and cookware for a banquet. I always travel with a knife sharpener so I managed to cook a couple of great dinners. Basic , no frills lodging, arranged to fit as many people as possible.
: The layout is by no means “cozy “ , which is a shame because it does have that potential, but that’s not out of character for Big Bear. The two stuffed animals on site are unwieldy a take up too much space. Bring your own firewood and kindling if you want to use the free standing fireplace, but keep in mind you’ll have to dispose of the ashes offsite, so it’s not worth the effort. Watch out for the extra fees, too- the tax percentage, Resort and cleaning fees are completely at the discretion of the Property Owner, and vary widely.
