  : Main bed has a big sag in the middle and both parties kept rolling towards the middle. Large cleaning fee adding that wasn't advertised as part of the cost up front.

  : The location was perfect. The area was quiet. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were great.
  : The price was a little high. It could have been a bit cleaner. There was no cable or adequate TV to watch. To be specific, I had to subscribe to an Internet provider to watch channels that I would normally see in a hotel.

  : The property was close to everything and we could walk to the ski shuttle. very convenient.
  : The value vs amenities. Due to the snow it took us a lot longer to get to the location. The property management had been there earlier in the day. For the money we paid for the location it would have been nice if they would have turned on the water, the heat for the water and the heater prior to our arrival. We had an elderly person and a small child with us and it took awhile for the whole house to warm up. The fridge has a water and ice maker but the water doesnt work. Especially in the winter season access/use of the dryer would be ideal. We had ski clothes that remained damp because we didnt have a place for it to dry. Lastly again speaking to the amount in fees we had to pay, we found food caked on a couple of the pots which made me wonder about how deep they clean the rest of the house.

  : Lots of space in the house with a cute, fully fenced yard! Also amazing location! Right next to ski resorts (and basically everything).
  : 1) The heater only heated up the kitchen/living room. The back master bedroom and bathroom were freezing. 2) The shower curtain was cloth and extra long. It had no plastic so the cloth material was constantly wet and inside the shower with you. 3) The master bed did not have a fitted sheet around the mattress, a flat sheet was used and just draped over the mattress. I though this was gross because the sheet would move and expose the mattress which didnt have a mattress cover. 4) I also think the cleaning fees for these types of places are too high. If we pay that much I shouldnt have to: wash/dry/put away all used plates and utensils, strip the beds and place in a pile, put used towels in a pile, and drive the trash to a trash site. 5) these last two are just a suggestions more than complaints, but there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. This was the first time Ive stayed at a rental where those werent provided. And it would be super helpful if there was a vacuum or broom available in the house to allow guests to clean up small messes if needed.

  : The towels were wet and they had to bring me new ones. The dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use. The sheets were dirty so we had to sleep on top of covers and use our own pillows and blankets (thank goodness we brought them). Cleaned broken glass in yard as well as poop left from previous people.

  : Location was awesome! Size of the house was cozy! The living room/kitchen area was nice.
  : It didnt have all the amenities stated. No Kitchen towels or mittens. I had to use tongs to get a biscuit pan out of the oven. The kitchens said it had spices.. so I didnt bring any. there were 5/6 containers of Paprika, 1 salt, 1 garlic, and 1 pepper. I dont understand why we had to make sure to carry trash to dump site or get charged $25 per bag What is the cleaning fee used for? The fire place, we couldnt get to work. We asked how to work it and they said they would get back to us. They never did. The bedrooms have no heat vents so you had to crank up he hallway furnace to get any heat. The bed coverings would not stay on bed I believe the bedding and pillows are older.

  : Perfect sized cabin for a weekend of skiing at Big Bear Lake. Its location is perfectly in between Snow Summit and Bear Mountain making it possible to drive neighborhood roads to get to base lodge parking. The cabin accommodated our young pupper with a perfect sized, gated front yard with lights to enjoy beers and playing with the dog after a day of skiing. Gas powered fire place kept us nice and toasty after the sun went down but also helped settle in for the night. Wished we had more time to explore the near by hiking trailheads.
  : We had to drive past the cabin quite a ways to another location on the lake to sign some forms in order to get the key box code. We could have easily signed these forms ahead of time or online prior to our arrival.
