  : I didn't get the room I reserved. They gave me another room. Very disappointed. The room i originally booked looked alot nicer on the pictures , compared to the room I was given . Felt like I got downgraded.

  : I didn’t like the property at all. The property management company switched the unit I had booked online upon arrival, with no previous call. I was told the owner of the unit decided to come up last minute and the needed to put me elsewhere. The following morning I was offered an insulting $20 concession. When trying to explain my frustration I was given poor treatment. When trying to explain my perspective, the manager got vulgar and yelled at me to leave his office using multiple “f” bombs. Never in my life have I had a dealing like this. It was completely unprofessional in every way imaginable.
