: much too warm inside during the night, not possible to shut down underfloor heating.during booking proces you have to upload all passports of every person which is a hassle

: The location was very good. Centrally located in a secure building and on a quite street. Restaurants, supermarkets etc. were all in close proximity. The living area was nice and had enough seating for six people. We also appreciated being able to have an earlier check-in. The bathroom sink didnt drain properly but it was fixed quickly.
: You have to be aware that the apartment technically accomodates six people however the sleeping arrangements are not made for six tall adults (people over 1,70m). There is only one normal sized queen size bed. The two single beds as well as the other queen size are shorter than normal beds. In addition the second queen size is only 1,40 and pushed against the wall so it is a little bit uncomfortbale for two people. In general, the apartment needs a little update. For example, there were not enough coffee cups and wine glasses for six people, the coffee machine is tiny and only made for two people, the lock for one of the bathroom doors was broken as well as the vent. At least some softer pillows would also be highly appreciated.

: the location was good - close to the Guggenheim. one night was very warm, and the apartment had no fans. It was clean and well fitted out. There was lots to see near to the apartment.
: The instructions were a little unclear, and we went to the apartment first before realising we had to collect the keys from an office about 1km away first. Some fans for summer stays would be a good addition.

: We travelled as a group of five (one couple and three singles). Perfect location and very easy to get the keys. Very supportive team in People Rentals and good to deal with. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well supplied for our stay (i.e. cooker, fridge, utensils, Chromecast, etc.). Right across the road from a supermarket and literally around the corner from the Guggenheim.
: As other travellers have said, the apartment does not have air conditioning which seems to be normal for this part of Spain. We found it hard to cool down the bedrooms at night because their windows all opened onto small, inner courtyards so air flow was a challenge. We ended up leaving out bedroom doors open at night which helped a little bit but not ideal.

: Very centrally located. It is self check-in anytime after 3 pm. The Guggenheim is literally around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Felt very safe. The property was large enough to fit our group of 5. It has two bathrooms, but these were connected to the kitchen (a bit weird layout). There was also a supermarket across the road and a bike rental place close by.
: The host did not respond to any questions and there was an online check-in that required passport details and copies of all guests. We changed from a group of 6 to a group of 5, and I still needed to upload details of 6 people, which was a little frustrating after asking them to get this changed 5 times. Beds were really uncomfortable. Bathrooms are attached to the kitchen.
