  : The room was very spacious, the bed comfy and the sofa could be made as a bed if necessary. The neighborhood was calm and quiet but with every facilities close (shop less than 5min walk, city center and Guggenheim around 15 min walk)
  : Some details in the room were not nice and could even be dangerous in case of children in the room (electricity wires accessible, electricity plug not well fixed, door and door frame of the bathroom were swollen by the water)

  : Minimal but effective accommodation for just a couple of days, as we needed.Located in the nice area of Deusto: close by feet (15-20 minutes) to almost any of the main tourist destinations in Bilbao.
  : Kitchen equipment a bit poor and too much minimal. It could be easily improved a bit (for instance: a bowl).

  : Nothing apart from the cleaner/recptionist arranged a hair drier and iron for me.
  : The room was dirty: mould in bathroom, dirty floor, lots of insects in room that bitten me and I had allergic reaction (end up in a hospital), no shelf/wardrobe to put clother, uncomfortable bed with dirty mattress and pilows (we had to put our own pillow cases cover as their was disgusting and unhygenic), dusty curtains, dusty fan that we asked to get replaced, electric sockets falling out of the walls(dangerous and half and safety hazard), no cleaning service during our stay, no fresh towels provided (we stayed since Thursday till Monday), very hot rooms with high humidity so difficult to breath and even with open windows (then noise from outsiode was disturbing sleep). we were devastated especially as relaied on booking a lot in the past, you do not verify your adverts and put clients in dangarous places. only reasons we did not move is we were exhausted due lack of sleep and there were not many available palces due city festival going on during our stay.
