  : Lovely and spacious suite with plenty of room for all my needs.Kitchen facilities very good, and bed was very comfortable.
  : Common areas (hallways, elevator etc) feeling dated.Disrupted sleep due to family making loud noise from floor above (children running).Breakfast basic with a minimal selection, though tasty.

  : The room was not in a condition to be rented. The air conditioning was broken. There was plywood covering the window held in place with painters tape. There was a gap in the tape. Bugs were coming in. There were lots of dead bugs on the window sill. Anyone could have broken into the room through the window and stolen our stuff. The TV in the living room was gone. The bathroom door had been broken and crudely patched.

  : Location was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Pool was clean.
  : Many things were in need of repair and/or deep cleaning. Toilet seat was loose and wobbly. The toilet was not cleaned properly, there were spots of urine on toilet where the seat attaches to the bowl. (Before we ever used it, it wasn't from us). Every morning the water in the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) would come out BROWN!!! After running it for a few minutes it would go away. I alerted staff, they said someone would come check on it and we never saw or heard from anyone. Something like that is most likely affecting more than one room. The phone in the kitchen was also broken, and again I alerted staff and nothing was done or even checked on. One of the kitchen chairs was extremely dirty, with stains and chunks of food stuck on it. There was a brown drippy mess on the kitchen wall, like maybe it had been splashed with coffee or soda and never cleaned up. I had to go down to the front desk to get things like toilet paper or trash bags because they didn't give us enough, and when I called down for something (using bedroom phone because kitchen was broken) they just never showed up. Also the toilet was very small and low, and the bathroom door was very close to the toilet. There was no lock on the bathroom door, it was hollow as if it had been removed. If you were on the toilet and someone opened the door, it would hit you, so there really needs to be a lock. The closet doors were wobbly and not on the track properly.
