  : The location is superior to most other apartments in Binz, also the apartments furniture is modern and cozy. Spending some time inside is no worry.The kitchen was supplied with everything we wished for.Bathroom is nicely sized, even though we would have liked complementary soap and/or disinfectant.
  : The oven wasn't cleaned thoroughly before, hence the smoke detector was going off every time we pre-heated the oven.The carpet was fluffy but unusual.The parking spaces should have been signed to the apartment complex and not individual apartment spaces instead. It was a hassle when someone was "in your spot". Also you have to pay for a spot on a muddy field even though the spot is assigned to your apartment either way. I would regard to this as hidden costs since it should be included in the price. (Anyone going there without a car?)When we tried to check in early the room wasn't ready, which is okay since it was before 3pm, BUT we did not get the Kurkarten or parking permit neither and couldn't pre sign the papers. This could have been done in advance, even without getting the keys just yet.Even for 85 p.n. we are told to buy our own toilet paper rolls (after complementary two) und dish washer tabs. They should raise the prices by a few euros and offer more service instead.

  : We rented an apartment with a kitchen so not a regular hotel room with a boarding. There was a very friendly personnel, even we were supposed to arrive later than opening hours of the reception the receptionist waited for us to hand over all necessary information as well as the keys. The appartment was clean, prepared, new furnishings and there were all amenities as you have at home and you can imagine. The plates, pots, a good pan, glasses, mugs, a cutlery, a microwave and a dishwasher. Everything new and clean. The bathroom was clean with enough toilet papers, towels as well as bathrobes. The bed was large, very comfortabley with a very good and thick mattress. The wifi in the room was very fast and working all day long even for 4K videos. The apartment was just perfect. In addition there was a sauna in the building you could book free of charge. The Finnish sauna was very spacious, clean and the heat was up (around 100C). The personnel was very kind and prepared the sauna for us at the time in advance we wanted to. Aboslutely great experience and worth recommending. Just 1 min. far form the beach, 3 min. from the main promenade.
