WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Lodge Mendia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site at an extra charge. The towel and linen kit costs EUR 35 per double bed and EUR 20 per single bed, and includes: bed linen, towels, bath mat and kitchen towels.

Please note that for arrival after 19:00 without prior agreement with the property, a EUR 20 per hour charge will apply.

For departure before 09:00, a EUR 20 per hour charge will apply.

For late arrivals, self check-in with a key box can be organised upon prior request
