  : Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff were warm and and welcoming.
  : Took over fifteen minutes for a person to be able to check us in - and whilst staff were very pleasant there just didn't seem to be enough of them on duty to manage check ins and the restaurant. Had asked in advance for a twin and this had been promised in writing but not delivered. Was charged twice for breakfast (paid for in the booking but then got charged as we checked in). The manager was happy to sort and take this off our food bill but we had to remind the waitress about this twice and then she only took the price of one breakfast off the bill and by now I was so tired after a long drive and wanted to get to my room so I just let it go. Table ordering but so few staff it took us longer to get our bill delivered than to actually eat our meal. We were first down to breakfast but the breakfast was so overcooked and dried up it wasn't great.

  : Immaculate room, staff friendly and efficent, busy when we checked in
  : very hard bed, very noisy room. Really cheap loo roll which was a shame because the room and bathroom cleanliness where excellent. When we checked in 2 groups were having a slanging match and frankly if we hadn't had a drink waiting to check in would have gone home. Breakfast cheap not very cheerful

  : No lift to accommodation. Stairs steep and winding. Room decor tired. Stained carpet. Upholstery in bar/restaurant in poor condition

  : The generator outside of room 208 was making a loud sound, making it impossible to rest and sleep.
