  : the hosts were amazing basically booking.com had stated I only had 2 people staying I paid for 4 the guys sorted it Booking.com are still trying to sort it as not heard back lovely apartment clean and tidy
  : the only slight thing was window in living room didht have a handle so was cold but when in the apartment a wee while it warmed up not a big issue

  : What breakfast??? Location was fairly handy for what I was doing. Accommodation was actually far to big for me - two double bedrooms so one left completely unused.
  : I thought I was booking into an Aparthotel as the title was "Newhall Apartments" but this is just a single flat. Phone messages the day before from an unrecognised number turned out to be the guy trying to arrange to meet me with the keys as there is obviously no reception or anything. The window in the living room didn't have a handle on it and was stuck open so must have been unbearable in the colder weeks recently. The kitchen area clearly hadn't been cleaned properly and one of the toilet seats was broken off. I emailed the provider but haven't heard back about this.

  : The property was in a good central location, the showers were nice and the beds were comfortable along with a concierge downstairs.
  : parking was not clearly set out, the washing machine did not work and despite asking someone to come and fix it this did not happen. there were no dishwasher tablets and only one bowl for a 2 bed property so these had to be purchased out of my own money.

  : OK location city near centre
  : Couldn't find property due to building being covered in scaffolding. Poor communication from staff over the phone... we had to pick to key up from a lock box across the road on a fence around a tree! Instructions to room weren't correct as they take you to the other side of the building. No bed covers for the sofa bed. Dirty / wet crockery. Plug sockets hanging out of wall. Windows that don't open / close properly. No skyline view cos of scaffolding! Complete rip off for the price - avoid!
