  : At check in the Man at the desk was vulgar in speaking with me. I felt very uncomfortable around him. I was with my Mother to get her on a plane the next morning, she was waiting in the car at the time. I got the two queen beds, he told me not to mess up the sheets and he proceeded to say my last name wrong. I said " excuse me", looking at him. He stated that he was trying to say it with the " T " being silent. Suckey not Stuckey. My last name is Stuckey!! I just looked at him in disbelief that someone at a hotel would say something rude and vulgar like that to a customer. I was very uncomfortable and mad at the same time. After parking the car in a handicap parking space because I am handicapped we were put on the third floor at number 343 from the elevators, there was a drink machine, microwave and a ice machine directly across the hall from our room and you could hear the ice machine dropping ice all night long. The next morning he was not there was a lady there at checkout and she was rude hardly said two words to me. I asked for two of the breakfast tickets and my mom and I went to the dining room it was extremely hot in there my mom and I were sweating because it was so hot in there. There was not a breakfast on the bar not anything to choose from but they only would serve you grits scrambled eggs and brown and serve sausage and absolutely nothing to drink except 1% milk and coffee. I will never stay at your hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

  : We did not stay we canceled because when we pulled in we did not feel safe. It looked like a place you might rent by the hour. It was very unsettling and I did not feel safe.

  : The person at the counter, had his children behind the counter, and he stop checking people in to talk to his son. The place was filthy and needs updates. The sheets were filthy, the bathroom wasn't cleaned

  : I didn't like the cleanliness. The bathroom had mold in the shower and on the edges and corners. The water in the shower was spilling because the curtain didn't close properly. Mattresses in poor condition. The air conditioning does not cool. I went down to breakfast at 8:30 am and they had collected everything. There was only coffee. After breakfast we went out to the pool and it was closed and the surroundings were disgusting, there were clothes and garbage. A total disaster!!!
