  : The place was filthy, our air conditioner was broke after talking to them 3 times they switched our room , but the room they switched us to only had one bed instead of 2 , the facet on the sink was broken and the toilet leaked and made noise

  : It was a lovely entrance the beds were very comfortable and most of the furniture was beautiful. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Close to UAB which is why I booked even though higher than my usual budget for hotels when I go to Birmingham. But it was a lot better for me and my kids and best friend who has a hard time driving at night and needed to be at hospital at 5am.
  : The first room we had was as far from the elevators as they could and I walk with can and was going for surgery the next day the one they moved us to was the best very very close to elevators. The second thing was the elevators were scary one would not move (the one closest to ice machine) an just reopened door over an over the button to call the elevator on 5th floor when u hit the down also flickered up also the first elevator when it went down rocked an made a scary sound an it like squealed to a stop. No vents on a/c units in eather room. Also u can see the partical board the furniture was made of by the kitchenette.The third there were black spots along the edge of the ceiling in the bathroom almost like mold spots and the bathtub stopper didn't work.Also it was advertised that the pool was heated and it was freezing and I couldn't enjoy it before I wasn't gonna be able to swim for months while I healed.

  : The male staff were all wonderful.
  : The young lady at the front desk, Taqueria was an absolute mess. She told me I was the reason I was overcharged for parking and I would not be allowed a refund, even if she got her manager. She continued to tell me how ai was at fault even after telling her I had no clue how things worked there. She was so unprofessional.
