  : Just rough around the edges. As clean as it could be in its run down state.Could have done with instructions on heating as it was too hot but unclear on how to resolve.Couldnt get terrestrial TV so againinstructions could help.

  : Lovely quiet and clean little place and perfect for us, so close to Elmhurst Dance School where our daughter was auditioning for a place there.Beds are lovely and confy. We slept so well!Fantastic to potentially have the parking although we didn't need a space.Pleasing decor and a homey feel. Really comfortable for the travel weary. I hope to stay again!
  : The heating was decidedly cooler at the same time on the 2nd day of our stay but weirdly whacked right up to super hot during the night. We didn't want to touch timers or thermostats though, as bidden on kitchen boiler. Maybe you shoukd check the times. You have some tatty vinyl in the kitchen round the washing machine. It actually didn't bother us, but it gives a bit of a dowdy imptession in an otherwise well presented home.Better lighting in the kitchen please! If I can't cut my cucumber...heven knows what I might slice off instead!Seating in lounge. We know one is a sofa bed but could we have a comfy one for watching films or relaxing properly without tipping off the chair?You need more plates and some different sized cruets or dishes for heating smaller portions in the oven.It looks like two lots of guests before us have placed their non-recyclable black sacks beside the black bin at the front of the house. This could attract vermin and detracts from an otherwise smart fascia.

  : The location and comfort and facilities at the property and quietness of the location. It was a quiet and spacious flat which I would return to in the future on other visits to Birmingham.
  : I loved this flat but a few small issues just stopped me from giving it an excellent rating. 1. The floor covering in the kitchen around the washing machine was torn and looked somewhat grubby, I think it needs replacing as it would be impossible to clean. 2. Larger mugs in the kitchen for tea would be a plus! 3. When I booked on booking.com in the instructions for entry there is an inner alarm system is mentioned which is no longer used. It may put other customers off booking the flat as it looks complicated and in fact it isnt used so the check in instructions just need updating!

  : Comfortable beds. Fluffy towels and clean bed linen. Excellent central heating.Good sized rooms. Position close to Priory Hospital and within easy walking of large Aldi and parade of shops. If you are going to the cricket it is a two minutes WALK so no need to take your car. The parking is in the cul de sac by footpath and is first come first served. We had no problems. There is no secure car park as stated in the instructions on the back of the door.
  : We had problems with the cooker hood and lighting in the kitchen which the property are going to deal with. Only a recycling wheelie bin - not one for ordinary rubbish. Lack of instructions on rubbish, central heating controls, where the shops were, how to use the TV, which only had live TV on BBC I Player. Lots of progammes listed but no access to them.

  : Comfortable, spacious, clean, fairly well equipped, outdoor space and parking. Staff very helpful if we had an issue. Very good location in a quiet residential area close to cricket ground, zoo, Cannon Hill Park, University, supermarket and bus routes to city centre.
  : Written instructions needed for heating system as the thermostat/timer are cryptic and there is a booster button. (Old redundant thermostats still on the wall which was confusing) Overall could do with a refurb as damage to paintwork, flooring, furniture and fridge door detract from an otherwise pleasant place to stay.

  : It was warm and in a good location, parking was available.
  : There was not enough tableware and cutlery, no teaspoons. Nothing to wash dishes with. The property was not clean and felt grubby. The cupboards that had cups in them were dirty and so the cups had dirty rims. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and thin. The dining table had screws falling out of it. There were not enough blankets so I slept with my coat on. There were sticky stains on the floor. When we text the owner with some queries, we got no reply.

  : Nice, central and safe area. The area and appartement were quiet.
  : When we arriverad the house smelled of smoke ( not tobacco). The bedsheets were not clean. Sofas in living room were very staind, a chair in one of the bedroom had a broken leg, just mended with tape. Chipping paint on doors. Overall an appartement in huge need of renovation. We had no TV since the cable to the antenns was cut. The microwave did not work as its supposed. Something still needs to be done about the garbage situation (overloaded dust-bins). Propertymanagement was not responding to our messages and it was impossible to reach them by phone, before, during and after our stay. But maninly during our stay. To get our deposit back we had to contact them nothing done automatically.
