  : The location was good, walking distance to many restaurants. The beach access was great. All inclusive meals were ok. Staff was nice.
  : It is an outdated property. Needs a total makeover. The towels were too old, the balconies had no privacy. Other guests smoking on the balconies of adjacent rooms were annoying.

  : Going to start this by saying I booked this as a last minute holiday and booked before doing. My usual review checks. After checking the reviews I was now a little worried about what I had paid for. My mind was quickly put to ease on the first night, we arrived on a late flight from the UK and the reception stayed open past check-in for us to get out room.The staff were all friendly and helpful yeah there English is not perfect but they were always happy to help and did this with a smile. Location to the beach was excellent which has plenty sun loungers for guests.Fore court for food and dinner had a real nice feel and had shade area indoor and out door spaces.Food was alot better than prior reviews I have read suggested however I did feel breakfast was a little limited and could use some other forms of cooked meats.Drinks and the bar were as expected for turkey Efes beer and spirits with mixers and fruit juices available, no complaints and again staff always very happy to help.

  : I want to thank Costa Bitezhan Hotel for good vacation. Staff is really polite and friendly. Reception staff is always responsive, special thanks to Nurullah. And thank Mehmet from canteen. Food was usual, but tasty, grilled meat or fish on the dinner. Sea is awesome and really close to the hotel.
  : Rooms of hotel need to be renovated. Bad noise insulation.

  : It was right on the beach. A very good location.
  : It was one of the most disappointing hotel stays my wife and I ever had. We had booked it (not refundable) for 5 nights, but couldn't stay more than one night and had to forget about our money and spend the remaining 4 nights in another hotel. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere for accommodation. Some concerns that we would like to share: 1. **Extremely Poor Cleanliness**: The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was abysmal. We even found a dry flower under our blanket. It was a clear indication that cleanliness standards were not a priority. All of this was after waiting for check-in, so that our room could be cleaned. Adding to that the very outdated and worn-out furniture and facilities. 2. **Unresponsive Staff**: The hotel staff seemed disinterested in providing any form of service and our requests were met with indifference. The only exception was Sahar. Unfortunately, we only met her during our early check-out on the second day. Just as an example: for going to the beach, you are not allowed to take the towels from the room, and you have to borrow some from the reception. We asked for towels, and they said the towels were not ready yet, and we had to wait for 1 hour. After one hour, we asked again, and the beach towels were still not there. We told the reception, "Fine, we'll take the room towels this time," and his response, in a loud and rude voice, was, "NO, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO!" Even hard to imagine for prisons. So we had paid a bunch of money to not go to the beach! 3. **Unpleasant Dining Experience**: The food was mediocre at best. The buffet tables were set in the hotel's lobby. Waste bins were placed directly beside the buffets. We saw the kitchen staff went with bare hands into the watermelon and ate from the main dish. 4: **Misleading Advertising**: The photos and descriptions on the Booking.com website were misleading and did not accurately represent the reality of the hotel.
