  : The hotel itself was fab and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and a good size.
  : The bed wasn't all that comfortable, the heating was on in room and I was so hot, when I opened the little window the noise was horrendous from the wind. Me and my partner were one of 4 groups staying that were under 50. Couldn't get in to the bar for bingo or entertainment as there wasn't enough space. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, we chose what we wanted the night before but when we went for breakfast they didn't know where to sit us or what we was having. Eventually got given a table. I had a bowl of cornflakes amd asked for a full breakfast. This was the disappointing part 1 sausage, 1fried egg, 1 bit of bacon, and a little spoon of beans and a fried slice that you could break a tooth on. So here is the bit that I really felt like I wasn't welcome. Other people had come down to the table and they were given more than we had for breakfast. We felt as though because we were only there for 1 night it wasn't important enough to make sure we had the same as everyone else. I think the older people were there for a tinsel and turkey break. Other than that there is no complaints. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel only because we felt like we shouldn't have been there as it was mainly over 50s.

  : No Internet in rooms, times for breakfast & dinner weren't very flexible 8am - 8.30am for breakfast, 6.30pm - 7.15pm for dinner. We booked for breakfast included but I didnt think it was worth 10 for each person each morning. Wind blowing in the window in our bedroom and also the fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Also on the day of departure we had the maid at our bedroom door before we vacated at 9.30am & we had until 10am. Felt like we were being rushed out the door. We also waited more than 10 minutes at reception for our key when we arrived back in the afternoon as the usual receptionist was on a day off, then I was also ignored for 5 minutes the same day as we had been out later on again in the afternoon and needed our key

  : The bathroom smelt of sewerage,had to leave extractor fan on,and get bleach from nightporter to try and reduce the smell

  : The ladies at reception were friendly and helpful so thats the only plus
  : The place was so outdated and basically crummy. The room was dirty, the window was misted up but you could still see the back of the hotel and the yard. The bed was like from the 80s and the mattress was rock hard. The bedding was awful and I didnt sleep a wink. The toilet was overflowing all night until I actually fixed it myself. The breakfast was absolutely awful, cold and obviously cooked hours ago. I literally felt embarrassed for the staff
