  : That we did get a quick refund when we refused to stay there due to the conditions.
  : The quality and cleanliness of the hotel and our room was very poor. Amenities advertised on website were unavailable. Had to find and pay for another hotel on the day as it was not of a standard to sleep in.

  : Ended up booking a different hotel while we was there due to the state of this hotel. It was freezing cold curtains didn't even fit the window. The bedding was old and dirty. The door didn't open properly and when you finally get into the room you can't close it properly. The door to the bathroom was ridiculously small I am slightly larger the average person but I couldn't fit into the bathroom when I finally got into the bathroom it was mouldy and smelly. There was no reception or bar the attempt of a reception they had had very minimal lighting and was very depressing. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the listing it may have looked like that 15 years ago but doesn't look anything like that now. Over all I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone, the homeless live better and I've seen dogs rescued by the rsbca in better conditions

  : The room was awful. Where do I begin? The bathroom door was slightly off its hinges, blood and urine stains!! The cupboard in the bathroom was broken, no towels and no toiletries. The toilet seat kept coming apart!! The bed felt like I was lying on hard concrete, so uncomfortable. Its disgusting! I paid the same price for a hotel somewhere else just recently and had much better service! All in all, the room was a disgrace. Usually I hate complaining but Im never coming back! Such a shame as the manager is lovely
