  : I checked out earlier so I could take my family for breakfast and I knew that I wasn't to check out until 11 and received phone call and voice message asking me to move my car as I had checked out. Thinking I would have been OK till near 11
  : The wobbly floors when u walked on them felt you were walking on a hill.

  : ABSOLUTE DISASTER THE MINUTE WE GOT THERE THE OWNER WAS SO RUDE WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS 1 FOR ME MY WIFE AND SON MY DAUGHTER WITH HER PARTNER AND MY GRANDSON AGE 2 MY DAUGHTER WAS TOLD UNTIL HE GETS THE PAYMENT FROM BOOKING.COM HE WILL NOT ALLOW MY DAUGHTER IN HER ROOM UNTIL IT WAS PAID HE SAID BOOKING.COM HADN'T ISSUED THE PAYMENT HE KEPT GIVING US DIRTY LOOKS HOW I DIDN'T LOSE MY PATIENCE WITH HIM ID NEVER KNOW
  : THE OWNER WAS RUDE ATTITUDE ALL WRONG THE BED WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY THE BREAKFAST WAS NICE BUT 1 SAUSAGE 1 PIECE OF BACON A FEW BEANS 1 EGG WASENT ENOUGH FOR A 10 MONTH OLD BABY NEVER MIND A ADULT THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT RIGHT ON THE FRONT PROMENADE THAT WAS THE PLUS SIDE I TOOK MY FAMILY TO SEE BLACKPOOL LIGHTS AND IT WASN'T WORTH TEN POUNDS NEVER MIND 73 AND 59 WHAT WE PAID THIS MAN SHOULD NOT MANAGE A CARD BOARD BOX NEVER MIND A HOTEL WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES FROM START TO FINISH PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  : Staff were great breakfast was lovely and in good location.

  : The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was a little bit small&being woken up by another guest banging on our door at stupid o'clock.

  : Great little bar nice outdoor seating and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Really tasty
  : Bed wasn't too comfy bit hard which some prefer so each to there own. Lose the dark red in the rooms makes it feel really dingy when it's actually quite pleasant.

  : Clean, comfortable, warm room with tea/coffee making facilities and TV. En-suite bathroom with shower, small but ok. Plenty storage space. Very basic but ok for a couple of nights. Lovely breakfast. Staff friendly and polite. Free wifi.
  : Could do with longer and wider curtains or a net curtain as was on ground floor where people walking by could see into room.
