  : Tha main thing we liked at this hotel was the friendly atmosphere you could have with the staff,it was almost like they knew us but we had never been there before,we were sad to leave after our 5 days.

  : First room had no Internet access and was very small we changed rooms so we could access Internet but couldn't sleep as beds were very hard .

  : Good location. Beds are comfortable.
  : My daughter and I stayed because was see a show at wintergardens but was disappointed that breakfast finished atv9am. The room check out is 11am however after a late night I don't understand why it does not serve until 10.30am like most hotels when we checked in the staff did not inform us that breakfast finished at 9am .After coming down for breakfast we was very disappointed to see it was all finished and cleared away we then had to go and pay somewhere else for breakfast I understand they serve early for the coach trip leaving early however do not cater for those wanting to make the most of rest time in the morning after a late night. This needs to be addressed as it was a treat to see a show and my daughter works full time and with a baby so first night away and wanted a chill time and ended up a stressful morning having to find somewere to eat.

  : The friendly staff, the evening entertainment was very good, breakfast was tasty and the free parking helped a lot.
  : No fan provided in the room had to bring our own. Unfortunately, our room wasn't a sea view, the view was walls and 2 windows which had bright lights lit all night. (A suggestion, signs from the bar to the toilets, there and back. The seating area outside needs updating with maybe some false grass or decking, with a border. The lights to the seating area at the front looking out needs to be duller and during the illuminations, light up the building outside with some cool lighting).

  : Had a back room.. view wasn't good but the room was ok wish we had booked the front , breakfast was only 1 hour time scale was expecting it to be 2 at least but breakfast was amazing, was disappointed that check in was so late in the day half the day had gone and had to sit around till 4, check in at hotels I've been to before was 12 o'clock checking in and the latest was 1pm,staff were great and friendly and the show at nights were really good
  : Only one hour breakfast time 8_9 should chang it to 8 till 10 then we could of had a lay in, didn't like sitting around till 4 o'clock to check in I think it's far to late specially as we arrived at the hotel at 9am
