  : The door was broken. It did not shut all the way. They had no one in the office after 7 pm and I didnt arrive until 11. No one answered the phones or my emails. If it wasnt for the deadbolt latch- we wouldve had a completely open room to anyone walking or driving by as the hotel is on the main road and our room door was facing it. I emailed multiple times and called with no response or attempt to rectify the situation. Also there was a previous guests dirty socks in there so Im not sure how well they clean the rooms.

  : The breakfast is pre-packaged food like cereal, fruit bars, yogurt, juice, etc., but there's a great selection. And of course, there's fresh coffee!
  : There was a strong smell of bathroom cleaner when we entered the room, but we left the door open for a few minutes and that helped. The biggest disappointment was that the ice maker was broken and the motel did nothing to make sure guests had ice. They could have put small bags of ice in the freezer of the small refrigerators. I called the number provided to ask about ice, but never received a return call. We had to drive to the Maverick gas station to get some ice at 10:00 at night. The other three travelers with me said their beds were very comfortable. For me, the sheets on my bed were extremely "pilly" and not smooth like the others - very rough on the skin. (At first, I thought they were very cheap sheets but then realized they had pilled.) Also, they weren't tucked in well and came loose every time I tried to roll over. The mattress was nice and soft though. The keyless entry was kinda cool.

  : Location was good. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy check-in.
  : Only problem was the smell of disinfectant when we walked into the room, but it soon dissolved.
