  : As a family with a 10 and a 12-year-old, we struggle to find great accommodation that has a bed each for them, as well as a separate bedroom. This 2-bedroom apartment was not only exactly what we were after, but the location to the beach and everything else we could need was perfect. A large fridge for drinks, icecreams and plenty of food made it easy for us to stock up and cater for ourselves; as with the view we had we didn't go far. Check-in was easy and Neus on reception was lovely and informative. We would stay here again.
  : We prefer to have a kettle to use, which the property does not have. This is a personal preference and not a reason to give a poor rating.

  : We spent 9 days in the Elvira Apartment in the high season from July 23rd to July 31st, 2023. Our apartment was on the 5th floor of the building, door 5A. I'll start with the positives of this apartment as there will be more negatives. Please be aware that I travel a lot around the world, I've stopped in all different hotels and apartments, and I always give positive and objective feedback. Apartment Elvira - positive: - beautiful view of the sea during the day and night from the living room/ breathtaking Great location - literally 2 minutes to the beach and in the heart of bars, cafes, and shops. Very Friendly Receptionist. Thank you, Neus, for all the helpful advice Amazing view on Fireworks Festival - fresh towels and fresh bedding once a week. And unfortunately, that's all about the positive aspects.
  : The negative aspects and very important are - NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS AND THE ENTIRE BUILDING! At night at a temperature of 28-30 C, and with the windows and terrace door open , it is impossible to sleep. A person sweats right after a fresh shower. The building is old, there is a restaurant at the bottom of the building, whose ventilation shaft (from restaurant kitchen) is located on the walls of the Elviras building, which causes constant noise in the back bedroom. The view from the bedrooms not overlooking the sea - terrifying. You can wave to the neighbours on the opposite side of the wall, you can hear your neighbours talking, their dog barking, you can inhale their cigarette/ splif smoke most of the night. I have to mention that it is impossible to sleep in the back bedrooms with the window closed, because otherwise there is very hot and stuffy in that bedroom without A/C.Another cons - the car park- none- if u lucky- u can find free car park space about 200 meters away from the apartment (if you are lucky ).Wifi-, no free WiFi in the rooms. If you want to have WiFi in your apartment, you have to pay for tickets for 1 day/5 - 3 days/10 - 7 days/15*Important to know!!!!! .....one ticket for each device.There is free wifi at the reception downstairs (reception is very small and very hot - no A/C).You have to provide your own toilet paper (not an issue), and you have to take your rubbish to the bin behind the buildings (about 200 meters away from the apartment). No toaster and no microwave. There is no proper ventilation in the bathroom. So I'm very sorry for my feedback, but I really do think Elvira Apartments needs massive improvement because, compared to the neighbouring apartments , it stands out very much and stopped in the 90s. I still can't believe there is no AC in the rooms. These days, it is a STANDARD for A/C in the rooms with high temperatures outside.
