  : The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the beach while also quiet. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet was very good value for money. The spa was very good. The fitness center was good. Staff are super friendly and the secure bicycle storage was excellent. There are even bike tools there in case a repair is needed.
  : The waiting time at the reception was sometimes too long. The receptionists are fast and efficient, but a bit understaffed. The cleaning of the room was sometimes good, but sometimes forgotten. The bacon and sausages in the breakfast could be replaced with higher quality meat.

  : It took almost one hour to receive the keys to our room, even if there were 3 employees at the reception desk, they were really slow. Please make it faster.

  : - location is ok, need to use local bus to go to Blanes (10-15 mins), but hotel is located a few mins from beach on foot - room was good (suite) - food was good. But suprised they did not have much sea fruits - spa (big pool, jacuzzi, saunas and beginning of September was not crowded at all)
  : - staff (when we arrived on hotel they said we had to pay more 900 euro for our stay, because reservation of suite which we booked on booking.com was only for 2 persons. After some discussions with manager it appeared that we need to pay only 250 euro more. It was weird to be in such situation, because we almost payed 900 euro more and in booking.com filters I selected room for 4 persons, so that was possible they charged us 250 euro for no reason. Also when I proposed to pay 80% of bill now and pay 20% tomorrow reception guy refused it and demanded us to pay 100% on check in. Both situations showed lack of competence of staff - no mini disco and animations for kids - security safe is not included in bill
