  : The staff were exceptionally welcoming and service oriented. The special welcome drink was much appreciated after a long journey. The Breakfast buffet was amazing, extremely varied and had an array of fruits, hot and cold platters, pastries and cakes. The wellness area was tranquil and offered a variety of areas to relax with a great view overlooking the lake.
  : Rooms are unusually small, no real closet space or space for luggage. The door on our room had to be opened with considerable strength, there was a problem with the lock.

  : We were upgraded to a room with balcony and lake views, it was beautiful! The breakfast was perfect, there were signs stating the allergies in the food so it was a great experience for my brother with gluten intolerance.

  : The lobby and restaurant are very plush and instagramable. We enjoyed having coffee and cocktails in the outdoor area of the restaurant with a view of the lake. We loved the swimming pool and steam room - it was a great place to recharge after walking around the lake and a good place to chill when it was rainy! The location was excellent and there was always a car parking spot.
  : Although the downstairs is really impressive, iur bedroom was very small - just enough room to walk around the bed and thats it. The shower gels were all empty in the showers at the pool area. The jacuzzi is only open for a couple of hours from 5pm so it's always busy. They ran out of multiple beers at the bar and the service was slow. We didn't really enjoy the breakfast, there were a range of options but nothing to our taste.

  : great location, a minute from the lake fantastic breakfast - very diverse, the desserts changed somewhat every day, we looked forward to the breakfast helpful staff - the recommendations for restaurants were spot on! free parking

  : Exceptional choices for breakfast, and being able to sit outside to enjoy it was a real pleasure. The location of the hotel is excellent The hotel is modern, classy, and is very clean.
  : The overpowering aroma of air freshener in the communal areas. It was just too much for me and really caught the back of the throat. Bar closes before 10pm?? Never come across this in a hotel in my life before. Screens with glitzy promo videos showing models posing around the place.
