  : Even though they accommodated me with a new room, it was really uncomfortable and I got no sleep due to the incident that happened with bedbugs.
  : I got woken up in the middle of the night from severe itching and bites on my arms and backs and a giant knot on my forehead. Even after providing photos and videos of them crawling on my bed and a dead one that caused blood stain sheets, they denied that it was bedbugs, and that the knot was caused for me hurting myself in my sleep. They said that these rooms get rented out every single day and they haven’t had issues with bedbugs before. There have clearly been claims and complaints in the past about this property as these reviews show that. Very baffled that when they saw me in person with the bites and videos and pictures of my bed that they still decided to deny that it was bedbugs. They did have paramedics come out to have me checked. I would not stay here again. I understand, trying to accommodate your guest the best that you can and deny these claims to remain calm and keep your reputation, but that’s a business owners definition of crisis management.
