  : Broken hand rail going to top story, broken door in bottom story, broken pixels in TV. Didn't take away from stay-just wanted you aware that they were like this upon our arrival.

  : I enjoyed the spacious space the place provided and the secluded area was quite nice! The cabin is absolutely beautiful.
  : The tub downstairs was dirty, the beds were super uncomfortable, the pool table was not in good condition.. side pocket was messed up and the balls wouldn’t go down to end of table as it should so it was a work out to play with the pool table, the hot tub was dirty until I cleaned it out.. it would not stay on and only half the jets worked, downstairs where hot tub is not screened in and therefore you keep bugs flying in your face, the TVs did not work and there was no cable..the cabin had a lot of movies but none that were of my liking, and last but not least.. there were not as many beds as the listing suggests...there’s literally only 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full size, and 1 futon...never seen 3 twin beds anywhere.. not worth $600 for less than 48 hour stay.

  : Review of Roosters Roost from 5/17/21 thru 5/21/21Unfortunately, I think this cabin is a buyer beware deal going on here for sure. They show you all of these wonderful pictures and then when you tell them it doesn’t work, they tell you that it wasn’t listed as one of the amenities.#1As soon as we arrived I went to wash my hands in the kitchen sink and thought wow, this mountain water really stinks!! Upon closer inspection I was sickened to find what appeared to be some rotting chicken parts in the garbage disposal that hadn’t been completely rinsed down the drain. It was disgusting to say the least.#2Next I went to check on the hot tub according the instructions that they provided in the cabin. It was full of stone cold water and had lots of floating debris in it as well. I sent them a text the next day about the tub and after a very slow response back and forth for two days, I’m finally told that it’s not listed as one of the amenities despite all of the pictures from the ads and the instructions provided in the cabin. They show you all these wonderful photos of the hot tub Then when it doesn't work, they tell you it's not an amenity. This is a real genuine bait and switch gimmick going on here folks !!#3One of the reasons we selected this cabin was that we enjoy playing pool and this one had what we thought was a decent table. Well, I’ve played on some lousy tables before but this one is an absolute piece of junk. Don’t be fooled by the photos, this thing belongs in the trash !!#4Ice maker didn’t work however there was an already opened bag in the freezer which we deemed as unsuitable for drinks but would be acceptable for a cooler.#5Found trash on the floor inside the cabin in a few areas that was missed by the “professional cleaning service” In addition, trash was not removed from the containers outside.
