  : we really liked how remote yet close to everything the location is. really cool thing is that the Blue Ridge Scenic Train runs through the back yard. we got to waive at the passengers as they rode by… when we weren’t on the train ourselves.
  : I feel that the house rental (really fees) are high. I paid more than $1,000 in fees. insanity!Also, for the price I expected the property to me maintained a little better. Several light bulbs were out, the washing machine is loud and we had to run the clothes through the dryer 2 to 2 times before they would dry. the downstairs bunk beds weren’t very comfy but the beds in the master and 2 upstairs bedrooms were comfy. the pillows were very thin, almost like not having pillows. would suggest that travelers bring there own pillows. overall we don’t regret renting this property, would just change a few things if I could.
