  : The location was great once we got there. Without GPS it would have been difficult as road signage was marginal. The cabin was rustic, but had all the necessary items. The view was great!
  : The code for the door lock was supposed to have been sent to us before our arrival. It was not. When we got it they neglected to add the * after the number so the lock wouldn't open. This necessitated us making several calls until it was mentioned and then we could get in. It was a bit disappointing that some basic necessities were missing. We stayed for 6 days but were given only two rolls of toilet paper and three dishwasher detergent packages. The only spices/condiments present were salt and pepper, and there was no information/ability to log onto the internet, although we were told it would be provided before arrival. Again with a six day visit there were only four sets of towels and no washer or dryer, and there were no additional towels/beach towels for the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had what you needed but the plates and dishes were mismatched as though someone had equipped with left overs from someone's home. Overall a good stay, but the cabin could have used some upgrades to match the rent charged.

  : NOT MUCH! The location is great, only about 15 minutes from the town with lots of local shops. The hot tub, once we figured out why it wasn't heating the first night, was lovely. The bed is comfy, the couches not so much.
  : First, the 'support' gives scripted answers, which in our case didn't solve our issue and didn't even apply to the home we were in... so no help at all and we waited over an hour for an answer. When I mentioned the seriously unclean state of the place and the inability to properly heat the spa the first night, they informed me they would 'contact the local staff'... never heard back.The heat in the hot tub was easily fixed, if they had known or bothered to check about the actual property I was staying in. I had to find it on my own halfway through our 2nd day of a two night stay. It was a dial in a closet that adjusts the minimum and maximum heat... even though the sign on the wall tells you that it isn't controlled by anything but the single button on the spa itself. So half our stay we couldn't use the amenity we paid so much for, and it could have been easily fixed!!!I demanded a partial refund, at least of the cleaning fee, as my mom and I cleaned more than whoever they paid...I was told 'we will attempt to get a local staff member out to check the issue'. I responded that I had already checked out and was told 'thank you for bringing this to our attention, I'll inform the local staff'. In other words, they couldn't care less!!!!!They charge an astronomical cleaning fee and it was the dirtiest rental I've ever stayed in. Nothing a swiffer wet jet, a vacuum, some glass cleaner and a magic clean eraser couldn't fix.THERE IS NO WIFI and only about 20 channels. There are Dvd's about 20 only 2 of which were made in this century.The floor was DISGUSTING, like it had never been mopped, ever. We spilled a bottle of water and the 8 paper towels it took to wipe it up were all dark gray. You can see it in many places, the worst is by the front door. Lift the edge of the mat and see what color the tile actually is! Crumbs on the kitchen floor.

  : 3rd time staying here. Only reason for more visits were unit was already booked. Hope to get it again next year.
