  : The breakfast was excellent and beyond expectation. Every possible type of breakfast food was available in suitable quantities. The view from our room on the 15th floor was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time sitting in front of the window watching the city below and the bay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with parking and they took their time to explain to us how it worked in Bodo. We could also check in earlier than normally possible.
  : We had a problem with parking. It's not the hotel's fault in any way, but the parking garage nearby uses a 'ticketless' payment process that was very hard to figure out and to get working. The hotel staff did do their best to help us with it and it's not the hotel's responsibility, but for people staying here: it's useful to download the Apcoa Flow app beforehand and create an account so you can use the ticketless parking in Bodo parking garages.

  : We parked our car to check in and came out to a parking ticket. Parking signage is not very user friendly for non Norwegian speaking drivers. Parking signs had very limited info on them and we didn't see an area to park to check in. Our room had a great view but the shared balcony made it so when the people from the room next door were on the balcony they could stare directly inside our room. Which they did!

  : The breakfast was amazing! So many options and a lot of delicious seasonal specials for the holidays. Wonderful view of the city from my hotel room.
  : Hotel room was too hot, could not make the room cooler. Not sure if just due to hot air rising but had to keep window open during the winter to keep room comfortable.

  : The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and in a great location on the waterfront. We were lucky enough to have amazing views out across the harbour towards the surrounding islands and of the shifting weather patterns as they moved through. Having a good restaurant on the top floor was great and also the bar there with the balconies and views. There was a good selection of food choices for breakfast.
  : The hotel felt quite new, and as if things were still underway or not quite finished such as chipboard where there might have been a door mat at the entrance and a few things seemingly covered in dust sheets. On arrival we checked in and then realised we have just been given one key when we had booked two adjacent rooms, so we had to re queue and were them moved to a different floor where we could have rooms in close proximity. This just felt a bit disorganised after our other hotel experiences in Norway. Having the restaurant on the top floor is great but it means lots of people who aren't staying in the hotel go in and out and use the lift, so unlike other hotels there was no need for a room key as security for using the lift. There are opening windows in the rooms which we appreciated but when the wind blew we could hear something rattling in the ceiling.
