  : The staff was friendly, respectful, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is good and they prepare eggs according to your preference. The location is great. Rooms have a view of the sea and city centre is 5-10 mins by taxi. The hotel calls the taxi and it reaches within 3-5 minutes.Really enjoyed our stay here.

  : The water in our bathroom flooded the room. We spent the morning getting that cleaned up. The AC in the room wouldn't work and even after complaining on the very first night(and every night after)it wasn't fixed nor the room changed.

  : The breaksfast was great, the view excellent. Pool was nice. Bus stop convenient . Breaksfast attendants were very attentive
  : The air conditioning didnt work, along with miscellaneous lights not working, strong perfume odor, seal broken on water bottle, also tried to charge us for items in room. Biggest problem was manager . I booked two rooms accidentally for two people and not four in our party. When we checked prices were same for two or four people. Manager kept following me around wanting to charge more for four people had to wait a half hour to check in he was relentless wanting to charge me more kept asking me to call booking.Com so weird would never stay there again

  : Two members of staff Gozde and Gokge were amazing so polite helpful always had a smile nothing was too much trouble for them so helpful
  : The people that cleaned the rooms could have done a better job mirrors always dirty no polishing of furniture so got very dusty never smelt cleaned always had to phone reception for toilet roll and water

  : The Staff at the front reception were absolutely amazing, friendly and so helpful. They even drew us a map and gave us instructions how to get to Fethiye and Oludeniz. The breakfast was great - my husband especially enjoyed the fresh and pure honey each day.
  : The cleanliness was the main negative aspect of the stay, our room was not even cleaned every day and all of the amenities weren't restocked - even simple things like toilet roll and towels. There was a weird smell in the room one day when housekeeping were done cleaning. We had to ask the staff to remind housekeeping to clean the room to a satisfactory level every day. Location is not that great - is it very far from the town and main areas like Yalikavak - you spend so much money on taxi's every day. The music early morning at the bar was a nuisance for us every day and woke us up each morning. We did not use the pool as it was quite small, always very busy and right next to where everyone ate.

  : Clean and playfully organized hotel with good views and great breakfast. Very helpful staff and cleaning ladies. The Manager Okan was very helpful and helped us with our onward journey.
