  : The room looked cleaned until you turned the light out. We had baby bugs crawling on us as we slept.
  : The managers there did not do anything to accommodate us or compensate us. We had a three night stay. We got in after midnight. We did go downstairs to see the nice lady at the front desk. She was not there. So we waited to let them know what happen to us as we slept. The front desk stated that they practice having any problems with bugs. We stated to them to go to the room they will see them were we killed a few. One lady said she would go up with her flashlight to check it out. Nothing was done or no apologies for the inconvenience that we suffered. We had a long trip dealing with the traffic and rain to get there but treated like they had no compassion. I will never stay there again.

  : I have not received my deposit back. I contacted the property to get an invoice and they refused to give it to me. Now my deposit is up in limbo. Unacceptable! It’s been a MONTH!!!

  : That someone took the cord from the television, so I had no television the first night. Then didn't have cable just had basic channels on the television when the staff replace the cord the next afternoon

  : I loved how friendly the cleaning staff was during our stay. They were all personal and helped in every way. Some things need some attention.
  : We needed to leave a night early after we had already stayed 3 nights and I discussed this with the front desk prior to checkout. However, I was unable to checkout until later in the day. The front desk was completely understanding and assured me they could assist. Unfortunately, the people I spoke to had already left and I had the privilege of talking with the manager. Upon my arrival that afternoon I walked in to a phone conversation between the manager and the third party I reserved through. The manager was very ugly them about my situation and then when I informed him that the conversation he was having was about me, he proceeded to raise his voice at me. I am not upset about having to pay for a night that I did I not stay, but for his inappropriate customer service. Every person there was so helpful and kind and he was the last person who I had interactions with, which completely left a sour taste about our stay. Our family stays in hotels quiet frequently and I have never had an experience like this before. Perhaps he should take this negative energy out on getting the marajuana smell out of the elevator and inappropriate drawings that are sketched into the elevator doors instead of wasting it on his customers.
