  : It was nice and homey and comfortable place.
  : Yes it is brand new and I understand for a security deposit but the owners or management need to inspect the townhouse cause there was damage and marks on the walls and cracks in the flooring. I hope I get my deposit back.

  : The location was perfect, the amenities and privacy were really nice too.
  : I had trouble booking through booking.com and had to call direct to get my card accepted. I also had to call for my check-in info (to get the code for the door lock), which was texted to me. My check-out information was emailed, and I would have had a better chance at catching had it been texted to me. You might also consider including that information in your welcome folder. Also, the towels were clean and folded, but not fully dry. And I was there for 6 days, and left with a couple half rolls of tp, and no backup.

  : Impatient property manager, broken links in emails to docs they insisted I had to sign. Didn't send door code "at least 24 hours before your arrival". Instead I had to call yet again. Location not central.
