  : thanks to Eduardo for the really nice check in earlier possibility and beeing so helpful with everything! location right in the heart of the center, large and comfy bed, clean room, which could be renovated in bath in the shower cause of mold in joints in some parts. italian breakfast (Croissant, Cappuccino and orange juice) in a nearby Caf was included. All in all recommended for a stay in Bologna

  : Breakfast was basic (at a local caf) - but that's all we needed. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the best!
  : It was only AFTER we bought some things that needed refrigeration that we learned that the frig in the room was not working. We spoke to the person at the desk but she said there was nothing she could do about it. While I know that finding a repairman at 8pm may not be feasible, a spare one or even an offer to reduce the nightly rate would have been an option....(I think!) Also, when the hotel asks you for an arrival time, PLEASE RESPOND. This was my fault, I had forgotten to respond and that made the place difficult to find and when we did find it, there was no one there upon our arrival at 1:30 pm).

  : Breakfast was very minimal. I feel I did not get value for the price. Should have booked without breakfast and eat somewhere else.

  : The location was excellent overlooking Piazza Maggiore. Eduardo, the main staff person we interacted was very responsive and helpful, including earlier checkin and arranging a car to airport on departure.
  : The breakfast was tokens for use at a (low rated) bar across the Square. The poor quality of service and food and drinks made this a disappointing experience. Additionally room servicing was not completed within the timeframe advised.

  : Fantastic location. Nice room with large ensuite shower room. Comfortable bed. Common area with kettle and coffee machine. Very good noise insulation-useful in central Bologna! Eduardo very helpful
