: Good location close to centrum and bus/train station in Bologna.Good size and clean room.Very friendly ghost (Maria), easy communication, no problem to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out.Nice breakfast with fresh croissants in a local restaurant. (1 min walking)
: Bed was a bit to small for 2 person.

: Beautiful designed room, very peaceful location in a courtyard and very central. The room was clean and spacious. Maria, the hostess, provides a great selection of fruit, yoghurt, teas and coffees.We would love to go back to Mars 41 if we come back to Bologna.

: Lovely, comfortable, clean and quiet room in a great location. Loved the communal areas and the balcony where you could sit with a complementary coffee. Maria was very helpful, booking a restaurant we wanted to go to and arranging to keep our cases for a few hours after we checked out. Loved having our breakfast at the local cafe too where the staff were very friendly. Planning to return to Bologna and would stay here again.

: Maria is a wonderful hostess giving you plenty of information on Bologna with recommendations for your specific tastes so that you can fully enjoy your stay. The room and common area (kitchen/living room) were pristine and tastefully decorated in a modern, artistic style. Breakfast offered at a caf a block away does not include eggs or give you many options to choose from but was tasty and nourishing enough to start the day off right! The room had a small balcony overlooking a patio which, unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy because of the rainy weather but it was late February so maybe next time (photo of the balcony from the patio is attached). Grazie Mille, Maria!
: I have only 2 recommendations to make which would have made our stay (instead of 99%) but they are minor things. A small shelf or something inside the shower where guests could place their sponges/shampoo etc. would be nice, and a second mirror in the room other than the one in the bathroom would be very useful (when you have 2 people trying to get ready at the same time).

: Maria is responsive and helpful, location is pretty convenient to everything in central Bologna, free breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe, some free water and things provided in the kitchen and fridge, easy to go in and out, basic amenities.
: There was AC in the room but no remote, bathroom could use some more room to place your things, power plugs are very inconvenient (none at bedside), the pillows were not too comfortable.
