  : The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. When the apartment was not suitable for us due to the loud noise from the street, they arranged a different, more quiet acomodation for us within an hour. Great service!!!
  : Windows facing the street and almost no sound isolation. Very noisy at night. Also the facilities are in need of renovation.

  : Very Central in old city. Perfect to access market, shops, cinemas & the Piazza Maggiore where they are showing archival films every evening.
  : There is pipe smell from bathroom, which is affecting the overall impression of apartment, which is others comfy and spacious. Is fine when windows are open - but that would imply noise from street which is directly outside and with night traffic.

  : Handing over the keys without any problems. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the historic center. The apartment is quite big, the WIFI didn't work the first day, but the next day the technician came and everything was OK. The kitchen equipment is excellent.
  : The air conditioning could not cool the room, there were 2 fans available, but it was hot in the room. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and not enough shower gel and shampoo for two people for a week. On the last night, when we had to get up early in the morning to the airport, there was a lot of noise from the next room - someone was playing an action movie, it was like being in a cinema.

  : Good location, quiet, overall ok accommodation - at very low level.
  : Cheaply equipped and partially dirty (shower, lamp, leftovers from previous visitors), broken window, broken furniture doors - overall poor maintenance of far too expensive simple accommodation.

  : Lucia was very friendly and thoroughly explained the flat and its facilities upon arrival, and even arranged for a second set of keys. The place is decently equipped (kitchen, linens, iron, hairdryer) and provides the basics (double bed, couch, table with chairs, nice kitchen). When the wifi didn't work, they sent a technician over the next morning, who had the foresight to provide a secondary unit in case the first one didn't work (which it didn't). That was appreciated.
  : Its location is right outside the City Center's main attractions, which is great for walking around. However, it's above a large bus stop, which was much noisier than expected and at times interrupted sleep. The bathroom smelled like sewage, so we had to keep the door closed at all times.
