  : Outstanding location for the price ! Close to the train station and city centre (within easy walking distance of both) with a small supermarket across the street. Marco is a really nice guy and I very much appreciated the honesty in not trying to embellish anything. This is a VERY basic no-frills place and doesn't pretend to be anything else. But it's comfortable and clean, my room was pleasantly cool and had a fridge, a TV, a desk and wardrobe. There were locks for the building, flat and the room itself, and a small but quite pleasant shared balcony area. As somewhere for a few days to explore Bologna and the surrounding area, I would highly recommend this for budget travellers.
  : For the price, the only thing that I would have any issue with is the WiFi (though I was fully prepared for this based on other reviews). This seems to depend on how many people are using it : sometimes it's possible to do basic browsing but often only useful for e-mails. Just making this even a little bit faster would be a big plus. But then, I wasn't there to browse the internet.

  : The owner was very friendly, the whole facility is located close to the city centre, bus stops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
  : The real problem was an internet connection or actually its lack.
