  : It was clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Terrace was quite nice. Location was amazing.

  : The location is brilliant. Close to Piazza St Stefano and the student district. Great street food and restaurants just steps away. Several supermarkets within very easy reach.
  : It didnt have beams as stated. There was not even a single bottle of complimentary water or milk on arrival, nor any tea towels nor any hand towels for the bathroom. They were eventually supplied after two days. There were three plastic and just one glass wine glasses. The showers is not fixed to the wall meaning you have to stand and hold the nozzle at the same time. The bath is really small so anyone large plus will not fit into it. They took away the air conditioning remote half way through. Admittedly it was cool and showery that day but it heated up again for the last two days. Even though we politely asked about this we got no reply at all. This is not good as it meant that air con was taken away for half of our 6 night stay. On the whole it wasnt as comfortable as expected.

  : Very cosy and excellent cleaning. Communication was good, despite we never met anyone in person. We had a small emergency issue while in the apartment and the staff was very responsive over emails.
  : One inside cupboard was faulty and created some problems. We fixed the issue over some email support but we suggest the cupboard door should be changed.
