  : Great little find. Spotlessly clean ideal location. Thought it was going to be noisy at night due to it being on a busy little street but we could t hear anything once tucked away. Big room.
  : Breakfast a bit different. Would have preferred fresh bread or fresh croissants rather than pre packed and sliced bread. That said great having coffee pods in room and we just had a yoghurt.

  : Good location to the train station and the centre. The breakfast was lovely and a good selection, which made staying here different to other hotels.
  : Only had a sheet (which is ok for summer months but not for October) so I felt a bit cold. And the pillows were hard and too big. The bathroom (shower) needed a deep clean. We stayed in a room downstairs, I think the upstairs rooms were better.

  : we booked it 7 months ago seeing the rooms on the second floor...unfortunately they put us on the ground floor in a room without windows with a strong smell of closed space and humidity... and nothing to do with the rest of the wonderful rooms it has.Unfortunately, he ruined our entire stay and I repeat, we booked it 7 months ago...he took us for granted and gave us the worst room and even at the price of 130 euros...with the same money we would have gone to a nice hotel.Anyway it was in the historic center with a very good mattress.Ask before you go if your room is on the floor, don't step on it like we did.

  : Nicely decorated with a train station theme. The room was a nice size. There was a small breakfast table and 2 chairs near the entrance door. The nook contained a variety of breakfast items including cheese and meat. A Nespresso coffee maker and frothier and a kettle with a selection of tea. Valentina is very welcoming and helped us book a taxi for our departure. Its a 15 min walk to the historical center.
  : What I didnt like was the lack of windows (our room was on the ground floor). One widow gave out to a small storage area, and two tiny windows near the ceiling gave out to the hallway and had no curtains.(when people were walking by, the light in the hallway turned on). Bring eye masks. Very small shower in a narrow bathroom.

  : Room was very large and beautifully furnished to include a small table and 2 chairs which was lovely at breakfast. The bathroom was more than adequate. Very handy to be able to leave our luggage earlier as check in wasn't til later.
  : Perhaps the towels could have been nicer (they were very thin) but we only stayed for one night so not a huge issue.

  : The young lady who showed us in was very welcoming and professional. The sheets and towels were of good quality. Water pressure was good, as were the toiletries provided.
  : The noisiest student bar in Bologna is literally at the front door. We had a room on the ground floor down a very shabby corridor and we were woken up at 2, 3, and 4 am. Not enjoyable. The walls are definitely not soundproof, not by a mile. Our room and bathroom was poorly lit and all the fixtures could have used a good dusting. No view at all. It was like being in the cellar. The pillows were solid and hard.

  : A very spacious room, with a nice little assortment of breakfast items.
  : SO NOISY!!! It should be advertised that it is right in the middle of the university district , where students come for bars and entertainment. The apartment is on top of several bars, where loud music is played til 1 am every night of the week.
