  : Big high ceilings and felt very spacious. Good facilities, nice kitchen with all you could need for a short or longer stay. We were there for a week.Bedrooms were big and had plenty storage. Only one had air conditioning so we took that room and my daughter had the other smaller room with the en-suite and fan.Didnt know but the towels were changed on day 4 which wouldve been handy if I hadnt already stuck ours in the washing machine! Good wi-Fi connection,
  : Just a small niggle but we did our recycling as requested (we do it at home anyway) but we were asked to take it down to the various bins in a few different locations in the street below. We really had very little as we ate out the whole time and only made cups of tea or drank water. most of it was plastic bottles and paper from tickets or leaflets. We did comply on the end of the stay. Point is, its not an air b n b. where you would normally do the bins.

  : It was constantly cold. Heaters were mostly off. Anytime we asked to the property owner to heat it up, he was saying that the max he can do 19C degree. He was activating the heaters but then i guess he was deactivating when we left the house because when we got back to home, heaters were always off. At night they were also off i guess because when we woke up in the morning, the house were always freezing and heater were off until we asked to the owner. we had to sleep with our clothes and now we are sick:(

  : central and quiet location, clean apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and well coming atmosphere with coffee and tea.Friendly helpful and welcoming host.

  : The apartment is large and airy. Giovanni met us on arrival and was very responsive to questions.
  : The shower function in the main bathroom is basically unusable. You have to sit in the bath to use the shower head, and water goes everywhere. We just filled the bath which isn't very water efficient. The AC, struggles to cool the apartment. It was ok during the day because you could have the windows open, but at night the windows stay closed to keep the mosquitoes out, and it got very uncomfortable.

  : Squeaky clean. Very comfortable bed. Fully functional kitchen.
  : Never got access to the Wi-fi. Messaged the host repeatedly to get network and password but never got a response. No instructions for the washing machine. There was a safe but no way to access it. It really needs a guest manual!

  : The spacious lounge area, the location in the University area, quiet, clean, facilities in the kitchen and apartment. The apartment building itself and the lift to the first floor. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Location is about 10-15 min from Piazza Maggiore. Some very good eateries not far - 10 min.
  : A washing machine was listed in facilities but this was not accessible to us. We had tea towels for drying dishes in the kitchen. One bathroom included a bath with a hand held shower at bath level, but not an overhead shower.
