  : Overall, the hotel was quite pleasant, in a good location.
  : But the way the staff treated me was not very nice. According to the offer, the room was supposed to have a view of the garden or the city, but the room I stayed in had a view of the inner courtyard. The bathroom was very small, even clastrophobic. The overhead lighting didn't work. Even though I reported it to the hotel staff, no one showed up and repaired the lighting throughout my stay. Right at the beginning of my stay, I was asked to pay for the entire stay (6 nights, two rooms, breakfast), which, as it turned out, is not the hotel's standard approach to visiting guests. We checked out early on Sunday morning. So we couldn't have breakfast that day. Since the paymend was immediately at the beginning, and because I was tired after the trip, I missed the fact that we would not be able to eat breakfast on the last day. I asked for a cancellation and a refund. Initially, one lady said there would be no problem. Later it turned out that my money would not be refunded. We were offered a breakfast box, prepared in the evening, consisting of stale croissants and biscuits.

  : Very helpful staff in organising taxis, printing train time tables and answering general queries. Facilitated us changing and leaving our bags as we arrived early before room was ready for check in.
  : Only minor complaint was that the air conditioning could have been better.
